In having our home renovated some years ago, both Joan and I were very impressed with Pat's attention to detail, eagerness to address complicated problems and commitment to solving them. We had a great sub-contractor to work with as well as Pat's crew, who were friendly, polite and quite happy to explain technical matters to us 'newbies'. What pleased us most was Pat's integrity. About 2 years after the job was finished we had a leak in the shower fixture. Pat himself came and fixed it. No questions, no issues about warranty expiration, etc...he just fixed it himself and that was that. We have continued to use his contacts and expertise and will continue to do so with confidence.

The work was completed in a timely manner and to the agreed to level of construction. McNamara Construction is outstanding in their person to person approach. They start with very detailed estimates and continue with various personnel whose duties are: general over-sight of the job, ordering materials and workers on a timely basis, personally checking every day to see that the job is on schedule and is being done properly, and also with their assistance in personally helping the customer to choose products. Every on of these people are personable, customer oriented, easily accessible and are determined to see that the customer is satisfied. These are rare qualities these days!
