McNamara Construction Ltd. was founded in 1999 in Richmond, B.C. Our philosophy from the outset has been to bring talented professional trade experts together with homeowners and clients to achieve the very best renovations possible in a cost effective manner.
The company is headed by Pat McNamara who brings in excess of 35 years experience in construction, project management and renovation projects to the table. Together with Brian, our senior foreman, Scott (Carpenter), Ken (Jack of all trades) and many other employees and sub-trades, the company is exceptionally well equipped to tackle projects of any size. Shelley, our controller and senior administrator, coordinates the complex process of accounting, cost control and project financial management.
Our approach to the construction process strongly emphasizes listening and communicating with our clients. We understand how important it is that our clients be kept aware of the progress of their projects, and that the process be as open and honest as possible. Once a project begins, our team of professionals will help you every step of the way. Our work doesn’t end until your needs are completely satisfied.
